You’re F**ckin’ tired of…

Living in what feels like HELL. Self-hatred that won’t let up.
Intense emotions that come out of nowhere.

Pushing away the people you love.
Hearing, “You’re too sensitive” or “You’re overreacting.”

Feeling like no one really gets you. Avoiding problems instead of solving them.
Acting without thinking—and then feeling like sh*t about it.

Uncontrollable sadness. Explosive anger.
Living in a mind that feels like it’s turned against you.

If this describes you, you’ve come to the right place…..

I help teens and adults who are ready to get UNSTUCK. I never said this would be easy. Let’s face it—if it was easy, you wouldn’t be reading this right now. The goal of therapy here isn’t just to feel better. It’s to get better at feeling.

I’m not your typical "talk therapist." You won’t be staring at a blank face asking, “How does that make you feel?” You won’t be talking to a wall. You get to be YOU, and I get to be ME.

This is a collaborative process. We’re working together toward YOUR life worth living goals. No time for BULLSHIT. You can expect a-ha moments, laughter, tears, days when you don’t want to come—and still show up anyway.

You'll have weekly homework to reinforce what we work on in session. Why? Because real change happens between sessions. And this helps ensure that the progress you make here actually sticks.

Clients who graduate from therapy with me walk away with more clarity, deeper self-awareness, and a greater ability to manage and tolerate their emotions.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve helped individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional sensitivity, addictive behaviors, self-harm, and relationship issues. I received my DBT foundational Training in 2019 and completed DBT Intensive Training in 2025 by BTECH trainers. I consult weekly with a group of DBT therapist. Weekly DBT Skills group coming soon…

I’ve had my own mental health struggles, too—and they’ve inspired me to become the therapist I am today. So know this: You are NOT alone. We all have our story to tell.

Somethin’ About Me:
I’m a first-generation Hmong American woman. I love a good ink pen and long bike rides with my kids. The smell of melted butter and fresh-ground coffee can melt away even the hardest day.

Ready to take the leap?

Let’s fuckin’ do this.

I accept private pay, CalViva Healthnet, Anthem Medi-cal, Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Medicare Part-B and Lyra EAP. I can also provide a superbill for those who want to use their out of network benefits.

Hi, I’m Chelsea—and I’m so glad you’re here.

As the new kid on the block, I bring energy and a deep commitment to growing alongside my clients. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), and I’m currently expanding my skills through training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

As the eldest daughter in my family, I carried a strong sense of responsibility from an early age. I often felt the need to stay strong—even when I didn’t feel fully seen or understood. Those early experiences deeply shaped how I relate to others and sparked my passion for helping people feel supported, empowered, and truly heard—especially during life’s most difficult moments.

I graduated from Alliant University in January 2025, and my clinical experience includes working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and work-related stress.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and rooted in genuine care. I believe therapy works best when we show up as a team—side by side. I’m not here to just sit back and nod my head, because I know how important it is to feel like you’re talking to a human—not a robot with a clipboard. Most of all, I want you to feel safe, supported, and never judged as we navigate the hard stuff together.

Somethin’ about me:

I’m originally from Seattle, WA, and yes—fun fact—I have a twin brother! I didn’t master chopsticks until I was 26, but now I’m always down to try new food and restaurants. I love traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with the people who matter most—my family, friends, and significant other. Nothing makes me smile more than being around those who bring out the best in me (with a good playlist in the background, of course).

I accept private pay, CalViva Healthnet, Anthem Medi-cal, and Aetna.

Let’s do this together!
