Where are you located?

Our office is located at:

Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?

Yes, both options are available.

  • In-person sessions are preferred for their personal and connected nature.

  • Telehealth sessions are available for your convenience when you can’t make it to the office.

What are your fees?

  • Initial Assessment (60 minutes): $220

  • Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes): $150

How often will I meet with my therapist?

Sessions are typically held once per week until your goals are met. Weekly therapy has been shown to lead to better outcomes.

Therapy is not meant to be a lifelong commitment. Many clients make significant progress in just a few sessions.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are in-network with the following providers:

  • CalViva MHN

  • Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal

  • Health Net

  • Aetna

  • Medi-care Part B

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

Do you offer a sliding scale?

We do not offer a sliding scale at this time.

What is a Superbill?

A Superbill is a special receipt you receive after paying for your session. You can submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Note: It is your responsibility to check with your insurance regarding reimbursement rates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge, as insurance typically does not cover these. Exceptions are made for emergencies or unforeseen illnesses.

What are the benefits of private pay?

  • Increased confidentiality & privacy: Your records are not shared with insurance companies.

  • No mandatory diagnosis: A diagnosis is not required to receive care.

  • Continuity of care: Stay with your therapist regardless of insurance changes.

  • Less paperwork for your therapist: More time is spent on your care and clinical development.
