Meet Your Therapist
Compassionate, collaborative therapy supporting teens and adults through emotional growth and meaningful change.
Pa Kou Vue, LMFT #121352
Hi, I'm Pa Kou Vue
But you can call me PK.
(LMFT #121352)
I help teens and adults who are ready to get unstuck. Therapy isn't about pretending everything is fine — it's about learning how to move through life's challenges with greater clarity and emotional strength.
I'm not your typical "talk therapist." You won't be staring at a blank face asking, "How does that make you feel?" Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and focused on real change.
You get to be YOU, and I get to be ME — and together we work toward your life worth living.
My Approach to Therapy
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together we work toward meaningful change by building practical emotional skills and understanding the deeper patterns that shape your experiences.
You may laugh, cry, feel challenged, or have moments where things finally start to make sense.
Real change happens between sessions, which is why I often provide tools and exercises to help reinforce the work we do together.
Experience and Training
Over the past decade, I've helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional sensitivity, addiction, and relationship challenges.
I received my DBT foundational training in 2019 and completed DBT intensive training in 2025 through BTECH. I also consult weekly with a group of DBT therapists to continue refining my work and providing the best care possible.
Something About Me
I am a first-generation Hmong American who values family, connection, and meaningful conversations.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy long bike rides with my kids, writing with a good ink pen, and the comforting smell of fresh-ground coffee.
Sometimes it's the small moments that help reset even the hardest days.

Ready to Take the First Step?
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to navigate it alone. If you're ready to explore change, gain clarity, and build healthier emotional patterns, I'd be honored to support you on that journey.
